Another top top weekend, after yesterdays surprise sail it was time to get out on our bikes again. I packed our breakfast and picnic lunch, we headed along the prom to our favourite spot at Felixstowe Ferry to watch the boats, collect a little coal and see the turns fishing :) We had a quick stop at the ferry to see the digger submerged in the River Deben - been like it for three days apparently, looked like they were just about to pull iy out! We then headed out along the River path to Kingsfleet, where I caught some good tench when I was a lad :) We came out on the road again past through Fakenham and onto Kirton where we headed across the fields to Kirton Creek for a picnic lunch and a read in the sunshine :) It was then back to Trimley and home, out for nearly 5 hours covering 15 miles + :)
